We don't just list properties. We pick them, stay in them, and put our name on the ones that earn it.
How we choose
Vetted for class, not just square footage
"A weekend getaway should be more than just a trip – it should be a regal retreat."
Fascino began inside an Instagram community of people who kept asking the same question: where do we go this weekend that isn't another hotel room? We started answering it properly – visiting properties, checking pools, testing kitchens, and turning down the ones that photographed better than they lived.
What's left is a growing portfolio across Maharashtra, sorted into three tiers so you can pick by budget without guessing what you're giving up.

What the labels actually mean
Comfortable, not compromised
1–3 BHK properties with a private pool or plunge pool, a garden, and the essentials done properly. The tier most of our weekend groups book.
Room to spread out
3–6 BHK homes with larger pools, modular kitchens, open decks and party space. Built for bigger groups and longer weekends.
The ones we show off
Lavish living rooms, bathtubs, infinity and L-shaped pools, cricket lawns. Where you go when the occasion needs to be memorable.

Offers and special prices
Live offers show on the Offers page and stamp a flag on the property card, with the discounted rate beside the struck-out one.
Properties – order and availability
Drag a property, or use the arrows, to change where it sits on the Properties page. Switch one to Maintenance to stop taking bookings, or Disabled to hide it from the site.
Add an entry
Expenses, and capital put into the business. Bookings, including past ones, go in the Bookings tab so the full detail is captured.
